摘要
探讨柴胡黄芩配伍提取物对肉仔鸡生长性能的影响。选择250只健康AA肉仔鸡,随机分成5组,对照组只饲喂基础日粮;试验1组添加金霉素;2组添加100 mg/kg柴胡黄芩配伍提取物;3组添加200 mg/kg柴胡黄芩配伍提取物;4组添加400 mg/kg柴胡黄芩配伍提取物,试验期49 d。结果表明,200 mg/kg组可显著提高肉仔鸡49日龄平均体质量、平均日增重,降低料重比。提示肉仔鸡饲粮中添加适量的柴胡黄芩配伍提取物在一定程度上可以提高肉仔鸡的生长性能,其中200 mg/kg添加量效果较好。
The purpose of this paper was to explore the effects of the extract of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae compound on growth performance of broiler chickens. 250 healthy AA broiler chickens were selected and randomly divided into5 groups. The control group only fed basic diet,aureomycin was added. In the treatment groups,100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg,400 mg/kg extract of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae compound was added respectively. The experimental period was49 d,growth performance of each group was measured. The group added 200 mg/kg extracts could significantly increase the average weight,the average daily weight of broiler chickens at 49 days of age,and reduce the ratio of feed to gain. Therefore,the results showed that the growth performance of broilers chickens could be improved by adding appropriate extract of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae compound in the diet,the dosage of 200 mg/kg was better.
