摘要
随着风力发电机组功率等级的增大,传动系统的维护性更差,可靠性要求愈高,尤其是海上风电机组对于传动系统可靠性要求更高。风力发电机组传动系统在特定工况下可能会出现轴系扭振,齿轮箱左右两侧呈现周期性振动现象,容易导致齿轮箱弹性支撑和联轴器损坏,影响齿轮箱和发电机正常工作,进而影响机组的可靠性、发电量和维护成本。以风场实际弹性支撑和联轴器损坏为出发点,根据现场实际测量传动系统轴系扭振数据,在转矩控制中加入阻尼控制,有效抑制轴系扭振,并通过现场试验验证。
With the increase of power level of wind turbines,the maintenance of the transmission system is worse and the reliability requirements are higher,especially for offshore wind turbines.Wind turbine drive system may have shaft torsional vibration under certain working conditions,and both sides of the gear box may exhibit periodic vibration phenomenon,which may easily lead to the elastic support of gear box and the coupling damage,affecting the normal operation of the gear box and the generator,thus affecting reliability,power generation and maintenance costs of the unite.Based on the actual elastic support of the wind field and the damage of the coupling,the damping control is added to the torque control according to the actual measurement of the shafting torsional vibration data,which effectively suppresses the torsional vibration of the shafting and is verified by field test.
