深海载人平台舱室热特性的仿真与优化

Simulation and Optimization of Cabin Thermal Characteristics of Deep-sea Manned Platform

摘要 建立深海载人平台空调舱室传热过程的数学模型和Matlab仿真程序,分析典型航行工况下舱室隔热层厚度、空调设计风量及开启时长、舱内平均风速和舱内蓄热体蓄热能力4方面因素对舱内温度的影响,并根据计算结果提出优化建议。结果表明:通过调整隔热层的厚度可将定深作业阶段的舱内温度稳定在人员舒适范围,避免空调长时间运行;合理选择空调设计风量和下潜阶段的开启时长,既可以起到节能降噪的作用,又可以保证温度不超出允许范围;舱内平均风速的变化对舱内温度影响不大;增加舱内蓄热体总热容和传热面积可以减小舱内温度波动。 The mathematic models and MATLAB simulation program of heat transfer process for air conditioned cabin of deep-sea manned platform are established.At the typical navigation condition,the effects of thickness of thermal insulation layer,designed ventilation rate and run time of air conditioner,average wind speed and thermal storage capacity of regenerator in the cabin are analyzed.The results show that the cabin temperature can be stabilized in the comfortable range of body without long-running air conditioner by adjusting the thickness of the thermal insulation layer during the period of operation at definite depth.Reasonable designed ventilation rate and run time of air conditioner can not only save energy and reduce noise,but also keep the cabin temperature within the allowable range.The change of wind speed has little effect on the cabin temperature.The increase of equivalent volume and heat transfer area of regenerator can reduce the volatility of cabin temperature.
