摘要
原发性肝癌是最常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一,但其发生和发展的机制尚未完全阐明。近年来,各种肝癌小鼠模型的出现在一定程度上促进了肝癌的研究进展,小鼠模型在研究肝癌的病理生理学机制、细胞和分子改变及侵袭和远处转移机制等方面为寻找新的治疗靶点及预防措施等提供了重要的理论依据,故小鼠模型成为研究肝癌的基础工具,同时也成为新药物动物实验的检测工具。研究中模型的建模方法和特点是研究者重点考虑的因素,以便对结果进行分析和总结。因此根据不同的研究目的,掌握正确的建模方法及各种模型之间的优缺点显得尤为重要。
Primary hepatic carcinoma is the one of most common malignancies of the digestive system. However, the mechanism of occurrence and development has not been fully clarified. In recent years, the development of primary HCC research has been promoted to some extent with the occurrence of all kinds of mouse models. These mouse models contributed to important evidences of theoretical basis for looking for the new therapeutic targets, prevention measures from pathophysiology, cellular and molecular changes, invasiveness and distance metastasis mechanisms. Therefore, mouse models have become the fundamental tools of hepatocellular carcinoma research ,which are also used as a tool to evaluate the newly designed agent as a pre-clinical set. The features and methods of developing of these models should be mainly considered by researches in order to analyze and summarize the findings of a study. Therefore,it is very important to know the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of models, master the right methods of establishing the suitable models according to the aims of different studies.
