摘要
目的评估糖皮质激素联合特布他林用于慢阻肺治疗的效果。方法选择该院从2016年2月—2018年2月收治的114例慢阻肺患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各57例。对照组给予特布他林治疗,观察组给予特布他林与丙酸非替卡松气雾剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果、肺功能指标(FVC、FEV1/FVC、FEV1%)、血气分析指标(PaO_2、PaCO_2)。结果观察组治疗后有效率为96.49%,对照组为82.46%(χ~2=5.96,P<0.05)。观察组肺功能指标FVC、FEV1、FEV1%分别为(3.95±0.72)L、(2.72±0.91)L、(78.52±8.58)%,对照组分别为(2.86±0.44)L、(1.89±0.82)L、(70.76±7.76)%(t=9.753、5.116、5.064,P<0.05)。观察组PaO_2、PaCO_2分别为(81.55±8.94)mmHg、(52.29±6.21)mmHg,对照组分别为(72.49±7.58)mmHg、(62.55±7.63)mmHg(t=5.839,7.874,P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗慢阻肺效果明显,可明显改善患者肺功能及血气分析指标。
Objective To evaluate the effect of glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline in treatment of chronic ob- structive pulmonary disease. Methods 114 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 57 cases in each, the control group were treated with terbutaline, while the observation group were treated with terbutaline com- bined with non metasone propionate aerosol, and the treatment effect, FVC, FEV1/FVC, FEVI% and blood gas indexes PaO2, PaCO2 were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 96.49% and 82.46%（X2=5.96, P〈0.05） , Lung function indicators （FVC, FEV1 and fevl%） in the observation group were respectively （3.95±0.72） L, （2.72±0.91）L, （78.52±8.58）%, and the control group were （2.86±0.44）L, （1.89±0.82）L,（70.76±7.76）% （t=9.753, 5.116, 5.064,P〈0.05）. and the PaO2, PaCO2 in the observation group were respectively （72.49±7.58） mmHg, （62.55±7.63） mmHg （t=5.839,7.874,P〈0.05） . Conclusion The effect of glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is obvious, which can obviously improve the lung function and blood gas analysis indicators of patients.
