摘要
设计了满足500 m取心要求的钻机夹持器,采用数值模拟结合拓扑结构优化与目标驱动优化的方法对夹持器的碟形弹簧套、张开油缸、卡瓦座和导轨进行了改进,提高了应力分布均匀性。设计优化后,碟形弹簧套质量减小了69.14%,导轨质量减小了21.86%。通过505.17 m取心钻孔施工,验证了所设计的夹持器强度满足要求。
A rig holder that meets the 500 m coring requirements was designed. The numerical simulation combined with optimization of topology structure and target-driven optimization method was adopted to improve the disc spring sleeve of the holder, expand cylinder, slip recess and guide rail, which could enhance the stress distribution uniformity. After the design optimization, the mass of the disc spring sleeve was reduced by 69.14%, and the mass of the guide rail was reduced by 21.86%. Through the operation of 505.17 m core drilling rig, it was verified that the strength of the designed holder could meet the requirements.
