摘要
会所模式在国外的精神障碍者社区康复服务中已经取得了积极效果，本文应用个案研究的方法，以昆明T会所为例，阐述该模式在中国内地的应用情况，探讨会所模式在本土运用中的优势和不足，分析其发展中面临的主要问题。研究发现，会所模式对精神障碍人士的尊重和赋权，培养其工作技能，帮助其在社区中过“正常人”的生活，符合康复者和家属的需要，是一种有效的社区康复模式，这与西方在应用该模式的初衷和效果上具有一致性。但是，这种社区康复模式要在中国内地普遍推广，面临很多挑战：一是缺乏尊重精神障碍者人权的社会环境；二是缺乏成熟的社区支持体系；三是与中国现有的福利制度和文化有一定的冲突。总之，会所模式为我国发展精神障碍者的社区康复提供了积极的指引，要使会所模式在中国得到大力推广，需要结合本土情况进行改进。
In some Western countries, the application of international community clubhouse model for the rehabilitation of the persons with mental illness has witnessed positive effects. In this paper, the authors employ a case study approach by taking the T-clubhouse in Kunming as an example, to illustrate the application of the above model in China's Mainland, to explore the strengths and weaknesses of the model and finally to analyze the main problems for developing the model. This study shows that this clubhouse model is effective for the rehabilitation of the persons with mental illness, such as increasing the respect and empowerment for the persons with mental illness, development of their job skills and helping them adapt to their ＂ normal＂ life in the community through meeting theirand family needs. However, an extensive application of the clubhouse model in China will face certain challenges： Firstly, there is a lack of respect for human fights of the persons with mental illness in the whole socieW; Secondly, thecommu- nity support system is still immature ; Thirdly, there exists a certain conflict between the clubhouse model, the current welfare system and the culture in China. In short, the clubhouse model does provide a positive experimentation for the community-based rehabilitation of the persons with mental illness. But, if we aim to extend this service model from local to the whole country, we still need to deepen our thinking and research on refining this model to match with local circumstances.
