摘要
本文利用Fluent对翅片散热器和针形散热器的散热性能进行了模拟.结果表明: 对平行翅片散热器,增大基板尺寸可以增大散热面积, 但同时散热器的体积增加, 从而使成本增加; 针形翅片散热器相对于平行翅片散热器有更高的散热效率, 热阻更低.
Fluent numerical simulation was used to study the heat dispersion of the different radiators with parallel fin and aeieular fin. The results showed that the cooling effect could be improved by increasing the heat dissipation ar- ea with increasing substrate size, but at the same time the volume of the radiator increased, thus increasing the cost. Ra- diator with aeieular fin had higher heat dissipation efficiency and lower thermal resistance than that with parallel fin.
