摘要
对杉木第3代种子园的三种不同苞鳞形态(松张型(长鳞)、紧包型(宽鳞)与反翘型(翘鳞))球果进行出籽率、千粒重、发芽势与发芽率的测定,并对球果形态与种子特征值间的相关性进行分析。结果表明:杉木种子的产量和质量在不同类型杉木球果间存在差异;三种球果所产种子发芽率无显著差异,但松张型(长鳞)球果的杉木种子发芽势更高,且与另外两种差异显著。种子千粒重及发芽势与球果鳞片长度具有较高的相关关系。松张型(长鳞)球果种子相对具有更高的品质,能达成质优丰产目的。
Three different bract scale （the loose cone-scale, the closed cone-scale, and the warped cone-scale type） cones in the Third-generation Seed Orchard of Chinese fir were analyzed about the seed yielding rate, thousand-grain weight, germinating potential and germination rate, as well as the correlation of cone form and seed property value. The results showed that the yield and quality of Chinese fir seeds were varies in different types of cones. The results of variance analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the seed germination rate among the three cones, but the germination potential of the loose cone-scale seeds was higher, and the difference was significant. There was a high correlation between thousand-seed weight, germination potential and cone length. The loose cone type had relatively better quality and could achieve the purpose of high quality and high yield relatively.
