摘要
目的探究CT联合MRI诊断颅脑动静脉畸形（AVM）的临床价值。方法选择本院2017年3月至12月收治的60例AVM确诊患者，对其进行CT和MRI检查，并将CT联合MRI的诊断结果与全脑动脉造影诊断进行比较分析。结果CT联合MRI诊断颅脑动静脉畸形的准确率为96．67％，十分接近于动脉造影诊断的准确率，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论CT联合MRI诊断AVM准确率高，影像学图像清晰，具有良好的临床诊疗价值。
Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis value of CT combined with MRI for arteriovenous malformation （AVM） of brain.Methods 60 patients with AVM treated at our hospital from March to December,2017 were selected,and were examined by CT and MRI.The diagnostic results of CT combined with MRI were compared with those of arteriocerebral angiography.Results The diagnosing accuracy rate of CT combined with MRI for AVM was 96.67%,and was close to the accuracy rate of arteriocerebral angiography,with no statistical difference （P 〉 0.05）.Conclnsion CT combined with MRI has high accuracy and clear imaging in the diagnosis of AVM,so it has good clinical diagnostic value.
