摘要
本文以浙江武义温泉大桥吊杆更换工程为背景,介绍了桥面兜吊法更换吊杆的施工工艺。采用有限元分析软件建立了桥梁三维力学模型模拟施工过程,以温度荷载模拟千斤顶的顶升作用来模拟各阶段的施工过程,取得了良好的效果。本文的研究可为同类工程改造提供借鉴参考。
This article takes the suspender replacement project of Wuyi hot spring bridge in Zhejiang as the background, and it introduces the construction technology of replacing suspender by bridge deck Jacking method. The finite element software is used to build the three dimensional mechanical model of the bridge to simulate the construction process.The jacking effect of Jack is simulated by temperature load to simulate the construction process of each stage, and good results are achieved. The research in this paper can provide reference for similar projects.
