摘要
目的阐述人性化服务在小儿外科病房护理管理中的应用方法,观察应用效果。方法选取本院小儿外科护理人员作为样本,采用随机分组法,分为管理组与对照组。对照组护理人员采用常规方法管理,管理组将人性化服务应用到管理过程中,使管理的人性化水平,与护理的人性化水平,同时得以提升。结果管理组护理人员负面情绪存在率、流失率、管理满意度、护理态度、心理护理、环境护理、专科护理、患儿护理依从性、家长满意度与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论将人性化服务,应用到小儿外科病房的护理管理中,有助于提高护理人员的护理质量,降低护理人员流失率,提高患儿家属满意度,使科室的信誉与形象得以改善。
Objective to review application method of humanized service in nursing management of pediatric surgical wards, observe application effect. Methods choose pediatric surgical nurses in our hospital as samples, divide them into management and control group randomly. Nursing staffs in control group were treated with routine management, and management group with humanized service during management process, to increase humanization management level and humanization nursing level. Results negative emotion rate, turnover rate, management satisfaction, nursing attitude, psychological nursing, environmental nursing, specific nursing, nursing compliance of children, parents satisfaction of management group showed significantly difference from control group,(P〈0.05). Conclusion humanized service is conductive to improve nursing quality, reduce turnover rate of nursing staffs, improve satisfaction of children's partents, and improve credibility and image of department during nursing management of pediatric surgical wards.
