摘要
[目的]选育出强优势组合。[方法]采用NCII不完全双列杂交设计,对27个自交系8个性状做配合力及杂种优势分析。[结果]一般配合力的效应值在同一亲本的性状之间或同一性状在不同亲本之间都有很大的差异。MDH3-200、辽鉴2号、南202、冀丰51-2、南637等自交系在多数性状中一般配合力效应表现优良,且具有较高的单株产量一般配合力效应,可以用来改良和扩增云南地区相应类群的种质资源。测验种德32自交系是扩增温带玉米比较好的热带种质资源。在72个组合中,恩4824×德32、南202×德32、渝9537×德32、ZNC4-4-2×德12、渝8954×德32产量较高,表明这12个杂交组合在云南热带、亚热带玉米生产和育种上将有发挥增产作用潜力。[结论]该研究为自交系的利用和强优组合的选配提供理论依据。
[Objective]To select high heterosis combinations. [Method] 27 maize inbred lines were made crosses and analyzed according to incomplete NCII dialle design and 8 agrononic traits and heterosis. [Result] There were significant differences in general combining ability between different characters or parents(lines). The majority of characters and single plant yield of lines MDH3-200,Liaojian 2,Nan 202,Jifeng 51-2 and Nan 637 had good general combining ability,implying that they had the potential to improve the maize germplasm in Yunnan. De 32,as a tester,was a good inbred line to increase tropical maize germplasm in the temperate region. Among the 72 crosses,En 4824×De 32,Nan 202×De32,Yu 9537×De 32,ZNC4-4-2×De 12,Yu 8954×De 32 had higher yields,showing that the crosses had good potential to enhance maize production and breeding in the tropical and subtropical regions of Yunnan Province.[Conclusion]This research provided theoretical basis for the inbred line utilization and strong crosses selection.
