摘要
为实现中国老年人健康老龄化目标,发挥中医护理在老年护理中的优势和特色,探讨如何培养既能够解决老人健康护理实际问题,又能较好地运用中医护理知识和技能开展老人健康宣教服务的高层次中医养老护理人才,本文对中医养老服务的现状、对策、护理专业课程设置及教学方式等进行了初步分析和问卷调查,且调查结果比较满意。
In order to achieve the goal of Chinese old people healthy aging, we give play to the advantages of Chinese medicine nursing in aged care and characteristics, discuss how to cultivate the ability to solve practical problems, the elderly health care and better able to use Chinese medicine nursing knowledge and skills to carry out health education service of high-level endowment of TCM nursing talents. We conducted a preliminary study on present situation, the countermeasures of pension services of traditional Chinese medicine nursing, nursing professional curriculum setting and teaching methods, and practiced related aspects. We have obtained certain achievements.
