摘要
介绍了插电式混合动力汽车的动力系统结构形式和工作模式。针对增程模式下加速噪声大的问题,通过对噪声的频谱特征的分析,提出了优化发动机扭矩来降低加速噪声的方法。试验结果表明:优化发动机扭矩后,总声压级降低了6 dB(A),二阶次噪声声压级降低了10 dB(A),总声压级和二阶次噪声声压级差值由优化前的2 dB(A)增大到了6 dB(A),主观评价轰鸣音完全消除,噪声水平可以接受。
The aim of this paper was to analyze and optimize the speedup noise in Plug-in Hybrid ElectricVehicle(PHEV). Firstly, the structure and working mode of power system for PHEV were introduced in this paper.And then, based on the analysis of the noise spectrum characteristics, a method was proposed to decrease theacceleration noise in the extended range mode by optimizing engine torque. The test results show that the overallsound pressure level is decreased by 6 riB(A) and the 2nd sound pressure level is decreased by 10 dB(A) while theengine torque is optimized. The difference value between the overall sound level and the 2nd sound level is increasedfrom 2 riB(A) to 6 dB(A). The booming sound had been eliminated completely and the sound level is acceptable.
