摘要
采用脱油沥青与SBS复合制备改性沥青,考察了脱油沥青、SBS及稳定剂对改性沥青性能的影响,并测试了脱油沥青与SBS复合改性沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明,脱油沥青掺量、SBS种类和掺量及稳定剂种类和掺量对改性沥青性能影响显著。综合考虑改性沥青的常规性能,选择脱油沥青掺量30%、线型YH-791H SBS掺量3%、稳定剂硫磺掺量0.2%,该配方下脱油沥青与SBS复合改性沥青混合料具有优异的高温稳定性,其低温抗裂性及水稳定性均满足使用要求。
The modified asphalt was prepared by compounding deoiled asphalt with SBS. The effect of deoiled, SBS and stabilizer on the performance of modified asphalt were studied. The pavement performance of deoiled asphalt and SBS composite modified asphalt mixture was tested. The results showed that the dosage of deoiled asphalt, the type and dosage of SBS, the type and dosage of stabilizer had significantly impact on modified asphalt's performance. Considering the conventional performance of modified asphalt, when the dosage of deoiled asphalt, linear YH-791H SBS and sulphur were 30%, 3% and 0.2%, respectively, the modified asphalt could obtain better performance. The deoiled asphalt and SBS composite modified asphalt mixture has excellent high temperature stability, and its low temperature crack resistance and water stability meet the requirements of use.
