摘要
桑叶多糖具有降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化、免疫调节等多种功能,近年来已成为植物活性成份研究领域的热点。桑叶多糖的含量随桑叶品种、栽培土壤、地域环境等不同而呈现明显差异,其主要提取方法有溶剂提取、辅助提取和超高压提取等。该文综合影响桑叶多糖的含量变化的相关影响因素、桑叶多糖主要提取制备方法和功能,展望了桑叶多糖相关研究与应用研究前景,以期为更好地开发利用桑叶资源奠定基础。
In recent years, the research of polysaccharide in mulberry leaves has focused on plant active ingredients area,which has many functions that can reduce the blood sugar or fat, resist oxidation and adjust immunity. Polysaccharide content varies greatly based on different mulberry varieties, soil conditions, and geographical environments, and it can be extracted by three primary methods, including solvent extraction, assisted extraction and ultra-high pressure extraction method. This paper clarifies the factors related to the variation of polysaccharide content and introduces the primary extraction methods as well as the functions of polysaccharide obtained from mulberry leaves. In addition, the author puts forward the development and application prospects of polysaccharide research, which will lay a solid foundation for better exploitation of mulberry leaf resources in the future.
