摘要
采用共沉淀法和浸渍法制得磁性载银滤料(MagF-Ag0HBT),通过固定床试验系统考察不同温度和Hg^0入口浓度时,磁性载银滤料对痕量Hg^0的吸附性能。采用Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温模型对试验数据进行拟合分析;采用准一级和准二级动力学方程对磁性载银滤料首次吸附Hg^0及5次再生后吸附Hg^0的试验数据进行拟合分析,以此考察再生次数对脱除痕量Hg^0的影响。结果表明:Hg^0的吸附量随吸附温度的升高先增大后减小;磁性载银滤料具有较好的再生性能;Langmuir模型能更准确地描述磁性载银滤料对痕量Hg^0的吸附行为,准二级动力学模型能更准确地描述其首次吸附痕量Hg^0的过程,准一级动力学模型能更确切地描述5次再生后吸附痕量Hg^0的过程。
The magnetic Silver-loaded filter (MagF-Ag0BT) was prepared by coprecipitation method and impregnation method, and the adsorption performance of MagF-Ag0BT on trace Hg0 was studied by fixed bed test system at different temperature and inlet concentrations of Hg0. The experimental data were fitted by Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherm model. The experimental data of MagF-Ag0Tadsorbing Hg0 at the first time and after regeneration for five times were fitted by quasi-first-order and quasi-second-order kinetics equations to study the effects of regeneration times on the removal of trace Hg0. The results show that the adsorption capacity for Hg0 increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of adsorption temperature. MagF-Ag0T has good regeneration performance. The Langmuir model can more accurately describe the adsorption behavior of the MagF-Ag0T on Hg0, the quasi-second-order kinetic model can more accurately describe the process of Hg0 adsorption for the first time, while the quasi-first order kinetic model can more accurately describe the process of adsorption of trace Hg0 after regeneration for five times.
