基于竞争力提升需要的企业绩效管理

摘要 市场经济体制因经济推动日趋完善,除了可对企业发展加以带动外,还导致竞争压力持续提升。竞争环境需要企业从以往管理理念以及模式出发展开创新,依靠绩效管理来对员工热情以及创造性加以调动。论文先就推动绩效管理融于人资管理的重要意义进行探析,并针对其现存问题以及管理策略进行探析和总结,以期为提升企业效益做出贡献。 With the gradual improvement of the economy, the market economy system is becoming more and more perfect, which can not only drive the development of enterprises, but also can lead to the continuous raising of the competitive pressure. Under this competitive environment,enterprises need to innovate from previous management concepts and models, and mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees based on the performance management. This paper firstly analyzes the significance of promoting the integration of performance management with human resource management, and then analyzes and summarizes its existing problems and the management strategies, so as to enhance the benefits of enterprises.
