摘要
对于以轴心为基准的夹具设计,国内的企业基本上采取刚性的轴与孔配合。对零部件而言,一般以内孔为定位基准,工艺对定位孔精度是按被加工齿轮精度提高一个精度等级要求;对夹具而言,一般以配合外圆面为定位基准,其精度公差是按零部件内孔精度的公差的1/3要求。这种精度的选取和结构方式就形成了零部件制造精度提升瓶颈,因为无限提高配合精度都无法完全消除配合间隙,只要存在配合间隙就无法消除定位的不确定性。针对上述问题,研究采用均匀膨胀式夹具结构设计,通过定位面均匀膨胀,实现与齿坯定位内孔无间隙配合。
For the fixture design taking axis as the base,the local enterprises generally adopted rigid axis and bore matching,Is general,the inner bore was used as position basis,process required fixed position bore accuracy increase an accuracy grade of machined wheel gears.To fixture,generally took matching external circular as position basis,its accuracy tolerance should meet 1/3 of parts inner bore tolerance.This selection and structure of accuracy formed parts manufacturing accuracy increasing slot,because the infinite exaltation can not completely get rid of match cleft,it can not be eliminated as long as existing matching cleft.Through balance inflation fixture structure design,it was possible to realize no cleft match between position surface balance inflation with tooth-germ inner bore.
