摘要
中医"状态辨治"思维及其相关理论的构建,对突破单纯辨病或辨证或辨症思维方式有建设性意义,对完善中医辨证论治体系不无裨益。文章着眼于把生命从出生、成长到死亡的起伏看成不同的状态,从状态角度辨治,力求达到从定性到定量的精准治疗;同时提出中医治疗就是人体"土壤改造"的过程,帮助理解状态辨治。最后通过列举1则状态辨治的验案以期理解中医"状态辨治"的内涵。
lntraditional Chinese medicine, establishing the thought of ＇treatment based on body-state differentiation＇ and its related theory has a constructive meaning to make a breakthrough on the thinking method of simple disease differentiation, symptom diffe1＂entiation or syndrome differentiation, which is beneficial to perfect the system of treatment based on syndrome differentiation. This article focuses on taking the ups and downs of life from birth to death as different state, diagnosing and treating from the aspect of body-state, striving to achieve accurate treatment from the quality to the quantity. At the same time, it is proposed that the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine is a process that reconstructs the human body ‘soil＇, which can help to improve comprehension of treatment based on body-state differentiation. At last, an effective case is illustrated in order to concretely explain the connotations of treatment based on body-state differentiation.
