摘要
本文回顾了超高层建筑发展态势,分析了超高层建筑火灾特点,从超高层建筑的消防给水系统、防排烟系统、火灾自动报警系统、安全疏散、结构抗火设计、灭火救援技术、信息化技术、施工期火灾防控技术八个方面对超高层的消防研究重点进行了综述。可供政府消防管理部门、防火研究与设计咨询单位等借鉴参考。
This aricle reviews the development trend of super high-rise buildings,analyzes the characteristics of super high-rise building fires,afterwards,summarizes the fire research focus of super high-rise buildings from eight aspects,which include the water supply system,smoke control system,fire automatic alarm system,safety evacuation,fire resistance of structure design,fire fighting and rescue technology,information technology and fire prevention and control technology in construction period,respectively. This aricle can provide reference for the fire management departments of government,fire protection research institute,fire protection design consulting company and so on.
