摘要
超高泵送混凝土施工技术是超高层建筑建造的关键,也是制约超高层建筑发展的难题。随着超高层建筑高度的不断增加,对混凝土泵送施工技术提出了新的挑战。然而,目前的超高层建筑的研究主要集中在500m级及以下,对于600m级及以上混凝土泵送施工技术研究极少。鉴于此,结合上海中心大厦超高层泵送混凝土施工,重点阐述泵送设备选型、混凝土性能控制、施工工艺控制等方面内容。
Super-high pumping concrete technology is the key issue for super tall building construction while it is also a thorny for super tall building developing. With the super tall building developing rapidly, some new challenges are brought to the construction technology of concrete pumping. Most researches focus on 500-meter level and below, there is rarely research on 600-meter concrete pumping. Based on the super-high pumping concrete technology of Shanghai Tower, this paper elaborates its 600-meter high pumping concrete technology including pumping equipment selection, concrete performance control, concrete construction control and so on.
