“营养基因组学”在食品科学专业的课程设置与教学 被引量:1

摘要 随着经济和社会的发展,营养与健康已经成食品科学研究的主要方向,个体对营养调控的差异性应答也引起了越来越多研究者的重视。"营养基因组学"主要研究基因组与营养和健康之间相互作用,并致力于基于个体基因组特征而进行个性化营养干预,从而达到更有效促进人类健康和预防疾病的目的。因此,在食品科学专业开设"营养基因组学"课程,不仅能使学生在分子水平深入理解营养与健康的内在联系,还将个性化营养调控的全新理念带给学生,从而巩固和拓展食品科学专业学生的知识框架,为创新型人才培养奠定基础。 The relationship between nutrition and health attracts more and more attentions of researchers in food science, andthe individual shows diflerent responses under nutritional treatment. The course of Nutrogenomies will help students to under-stand the in-depth relationship between nutrients and health at molecular level, and bring the idea of individually dependentnutrition regulation. The course will strengthen and expand the academic view of students, and stinmlate the progress of inno-vative talents.
