摘要
氨基酸基表面活性剂是一类以生物质为原料的环境友好型表面活性剂,性能优良,刺激性小,易生物降解且具有一定的抑菌能力。本文综述了氨基酸基表面活性剂的性能及其在各领域的应用研究进展。
Amino acid surfactant is a kind of bio-based environment-friendly surfactant which has good performance, little irritation, easy biodegradation and certain anti-bacterial activity. In this paper, the properties of amino acid surfactants and their applications in different fields of amino acid surfactant are reviewed.
