摘要
目的建立火焰原子吸收分光光度(FAAS)法测定黄芪中铜含量不确定度评定的方法。方法根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059.1-2012),分别对来自对照品溶液配制、供试品溶液配制、样品重复性、标准曲线拟合等因素引入的不确定度进行评估,由此计算合成不确定度,最终给出测结果。结果本研究中黄芪中铜的含量为4.00 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.38 mg/kg(包含因子k=2)。结论该法可应用于FAAS法测定中药材元素含量的不确定度分析。
Objective To establish a method for the uncertainty evaluation in the determination of copper in Astragali Radix by flame atomic absorption speetrophotometrie (FAAS). Methods The uncertainty factors arising from reference solution preparation, ample solution preparation, sample repetitiveness, and calibration curve fitting were evaluated ac- cording to Measurement Uncertainty and Representation of Measurement (JJF1059.1-2012), and the final measurement results were given after measurement of the component uncertainty. Results The content of copper in Astragali Radix of this research was 4.00 mg/kg, and the expanded standard uncertainty was 0.38 mg/kg (including factor k=2). Conclu- sion The method is applicable to the uncertainty evaluation of the determination of components in traditional Chinese medicine by FAAS.
