摘要
基于工业机器人,开发了一套多工位热电池粉料自动称量系统。对这一系统的组成机构、电气控制与工作流程进行了介绍。这一系统通过工业机器人的集成应用,性能稳定,界面友好,实现了多工位热电池粉料的自动称量,且满足特殊环境下称量速度快、计量精确、过程自动化的工艺要求。
Based on the industrial robot,a multi-station automatic system for weighing of thermocell powder was developed.The composition,electrical control and workflow of this system was introduced.This system through the integrated application of industrial robot,has stable performance and friendly interface,and it can enable multi-station automatic weighing of thermocell powders,and satisfy the technological requirements for quick weighing,precise metering,and process automation in special environments.
