摘要
目的 :设计一种野战急救轮式担架,为战现场快速转移伤员并实施部分救治提供方便。方法:野战急救轮式担架包括轮式车体和配套担架2个部分。轮式车体包括支撑台、支撑腿、安装在支撑腿下的万向轮、固定连接在支撑台上方的固定轨以及输液杆和脚蹬;配套担架包括担架体和在担架体底部用于与固定轨连接的轨道,其中担架体包括担架杆和支撑面2个部分。轮式车体和担架支撑面均由高强度铝合金材质制作,且担架支撑面上层有帆布床布;担架杆为空心铝合金结构,两边有树脂手柄。结果:该野战急救轮式担架组装和拆卸方便,在转运伤员的同时还可进行输液等部分急救工作,更利于抢救伤员。结论:该野战急救轮式担架结构简单、使用方便,可用于战现场、院前院内等环境下的伤员救治和转移工作,值得推广和使用。
Objective To design a wheeled stretcher for field first aid to execute casualty transfer and necessary emergency treatment. Methods The stretcher was composed of a wheeled trolley and an accessory stretcher. The wheeled trolley consisted of a supporting platform, four supporting legs, four universal wheels under the supporting legs, two fixed slide rails on the top of the supporting platform, a transfusion frame and a cross rod. The accessory stretcher was made up of a litter and two slide bars at the bottom of the stretcher body. The litter included two parts of poles and supporting platform. The wheeled trolley and supporting platform were made of high-strength aluminium alloy, a canvas sheet on the supporting platform. The stretcher poles were made of hollow aluminium alloy, and had resin handles at both ends. Results The wheeled stretcher was easy to assemble and disassemble, and facilitated emergency treatment such as transfusion during casualty transport. Conclusion The wheeled stretcher has a simple structure and easy utilization, and is worthy promoting for casualty treatment and transfer in battlefield, pre-hospital and hospital conditions.
