摘要
促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(Gn RH-a)是人工合成促性腺激素释放激素(Gn RH)衍生物,在临床应用广泛,主要应用于子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌症、中枢性性早熟、辅助生育技术以及保护化疗患者的生育能力。该文就Gn RH-a在上述疾病的临床应用进展予以综述。
Gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist（Gn RH-a） is a artificial synthetic derivative of gonadotropin-releasing hormone（Gn RH）. It is widely applied in clinical practice, mainly in uterine fibroid, endometriosis, adenomyosis, central precocious puberty, assisted reproductive technology and protection of fertility in chemotherapy patients. This article reviews the progress of clinical application of Gn RH-a in these diseases.
