摘要
西北地区畜牧业发展迅速导致畜牧废弃物的处理是一大难题。探究了温度和pH对西北畜牧废弃物厌氧消化产甲烷的影响,并从挥发性有机酸(VFA),溶解性COD的变化等角度揭示了温度和pH对西北畜牧废弃物厌氧消化的影响机理。结果表明35℃时畜牧废弃物厌氧消化产甲烷的最佳温度,并且此时甲烷的积累量为2 875 m L,是15℃和25℃下甲烷积累量的1. 3和1. 1倍。pH 8是畜牧废弃物厌氧消化最佳pH,pH 9和pH10厌氧抑制甲烷菌活性,而pH 7对畜牧废弃物的水解影响较小。
The rapid development of animal husbandry in Northwest China resulted in the difficult problem of livestockwastes. The effect of temperature and pH on methane production by anaerobic digestion of livestock wastes in Northwest China wasinvestigated, and the mechanism of temperature and pH on the anaerobic digestion of animal waste in Northwest China was revealed from the changes of volatile fatty acids(VFA) and soluble COD(SCOD). The results showed that the optimum temperaturefor methane production by anaerobic digestion of livestock wastes at 35℃, and the accumulation of methane at this time was 2875mL, which was 1. 3 and 1. 1 times of methane accumulation at 15℃ and 25℃, respectively. pH8 was the best anaerobic digestionof livestock waste, pH9 and pH10 inhibit the activities of methane bacteria, while pH7 has little influence on the hydrolysis oflivestock wastes.
