摘要
枫糖尿症(MSUD)是一种临床少见的常染色体隐性遗传病,发病快,预后差,严重影响患儿生存及生活质量。本研究总结了1例经典型MSUD新生儿护理资料,通过积极控制惊厥、纠正低血糖、尽早给予口腔运动锻炼恢复口腔吸吮功能、加强营养支持等,患儿症状有所好转。
Maple syrup urine disease （MSUD） is an autosomal which is associated with rapid onset and poor prognosis. It profoundly recessive inherited disease affects the furore survival and quality of life of neonates. This paper summarized the clinical data and nursing measures of 1 neonate with MSUD. Nursing interventions included control of seizures, correction of Hypoglyce- mia, taking tongue muscles training, enhancing nutrition support and so on
