摘要
目的调查重症监护室(ICU)中医护理技术临床应用现状,分析存在的问题并提出相应的解决措施。方法以宿迁市中医院为例,统计2016年1月—12月ICU开展中医护理技术的情况,调查护士对中医护理技术临床应用的认知情况。结果医院ICU中医护理技术临床应用前3位为穴位贴敷、中药塌渍、中药灌肠。缺乏专业的中医护理人才、人力资源配备不足、患者认可度低为中医护理技术开展困难的主要原因。结论应加强护理人力资源的培养,加强中医护理技术宣传,规范中医护理操作,促进中医护理技术在ICU的开展和推广。
Objective To investigate the application of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing technologies in ICU, and to provide solutions of potential problems during application. Methods To observe the frequency of TCM nursing in ICU between January, 2016 and Decem- ber, 2016, and to investigate the awareness of nurses on clinical application of TCM nursing tech- nologies in ICU. Results The three most frequently used TCM nursing technologies were acu- point application, Chinese herbs external application and enema. The insufficient TCM nursing personnel and low recognition of TCM technologies were main reasons of difficulties in implemen- tation of TCM nursing technologies in ICU. Conclusion It is required to enhance the training of nurses, strengthen the publicity of TCM nursing and regulate the TCM nursing technologies, in order to promote the implementation of TCM nursing technologies in ICU.
