摘要
目前,很多新媒体服务在图书馆界得到了广泛的应用与推广,新媒体平台也已成为图书馆进行阅读推广的重要阵地。高校图书馆可以借助微服务平台的优势,进一步提升微服务的质量和水平,扩大阅读推广活动的影响力。但是,国内高校图书馆的微服务水平和质量参差不齐,因此本文试图整理高校图书馆微服务的优秀案例,探索如何吸引更多的用户关注和使用图书馆的微服务平台。通过对武汉大学图书馆、上海对外经贸大学图书馆、大连医科大学图书馆和中国矿业大学图书馆微服务案例进行梳理和分析,总结其成功的经验,进而提出几点建议:打造阅读品牌、拓宽宣传途径、提升用户体验、加强区域合作。
At present, many new media services have been widely used and promoted in the library industry, and the new media platform has also become an important position for Reading Promotion in the Libraries. The university libraries can take the advantages of the micro-service platfrol to improve the quality and level of micro-service, and expand the influence of reading promotion activities. However, the level and quality of micro-services in university libraries in China are uneven. So this paper attempts to sort out the excellent cases of micro-services in university libraries, and explores how to attract more attention from the users and how to use the micro-service platform of libraries. Through combing and analyzing the cases of micro-services in Wuhan University library, Shanghai University of International Business and Economies library/, Dalian Medical University library and China University of Mining and Technology Library, it sums up their successful experiences, and puts forward some suggestions. It is that creating a reading brand, broadening the publicity channel, improving the user experience, and strengthening the regional cooperation.
