PBL教学法在解剖实验教学中的应用分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨PBL教学模式在解剖实验教学中的应用效果。方法:选择来自2017级临床本科专业的62名学生做为研究对象,依照班级分成两组,实验组进行PBL教学,对照组进行传统教学。比较两组学生解剖学期末考试成绩、自我评价结果。结果:实验组学生解剖学期末考试平均成绩(83.65±9.45)明显高于对照组学生解剖学期末考试成绩(74.46±7.67),P <0.05,且实验组解剖学期末考试不及格人数(2,6.25%),显著低于对照组解剖学期末考试不及格人数(5,16.67%),P<0.05;在解剖学实验教学过程中,实验组学生认为PBL教学模式可以激发学生的学习乐趣,提高学生的自主学习能力,增强团队成员的合作意识,提高语言表达能力以及培养或强化临床医学思维。结论:在解剖实验教学过程中,实施PBL教学模式能够提高解剖学教学效果,提高学生综合素质。 Objective:It aims at studying and analyzeing the application effect of PBL teaching mode in anatomy experiment teaehing. Methods:A total of 62 subjects from the 2017 undergraduate clinical course were selected as the research subjects.The experimental group used PBL teaching mode,and the control group used traditional teaching mode. The anatomical final exam scores and self-evaluation results of the two groups students were compared. Results:The final anatomy result showed that experimental group (83.65±9.45) was significantly higher than that the control group (74.46±7.67),P 〈0.05,and the number of failed anatomical examinations in the experimental group (2,6.25%), significantly lower than the number of failed anatomical final exams in the control group (5,16.67%),P 〈0.05;In anatomy experiment teaching process,the experimental group students believed that the PBL teaching model can stimulate students" interest in learning,cultivate and improve students" ability to learn independently,strengthen teamwork awareness among team members,improve language skills and cultivate or strengthen clinical medical thinking. Conclusion In the process of anatomy experiment teaching,the implementation of PBL teaching mode can improve the teaching effect of anatomy,then improve the overall quality of students.
