中(高)密度纤维板干燥尾气除尘工艺研究及效益分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文根据中(高)密度纤维板企业不同的投资、场地及排放需求,设计了二级旋风分离器、水幕、二级旋风分离器与水幕复合、湿法清洁器和二级旋风分离器与湿式静电复合5种干燥尾气除尘系统方案,系统对比了5种方案除尘效果、前期投资费用及后期运营成本,得出以下结论:二级旋风分离器与湿式静电复合除尘系统和湿法清洁器除尘系统除尘效果最好,二级旋风分离器除尘系统、水幕除尘系统和二级旋风分离器与水幕复合除尘系统除尘效果相对较差;湿法清洁器除尘系统和二级旋风分离器与湿式静电复合除尘系统投资费用最高,二级旋风分离器除尘系统、水幕除尘系统和二级旋风分离器与水幕复合除尘系统投资费用相对较低;湿法清洁器除尘系统运营费用最高,二级旋风分离器除尘系统运营费用最低;水幕除尘系统是最具性价比的方案,但从行业发展趋势来说,二级旋风分离器与湿式静电复合除尘系统是最优方案。 According to the different investment, site and discharge demand of medium (high) density fiberboard enterprise,5 schemes for dry exhaust gas dedusting system:secondary cyclone system,water curtain system,secondary cyclone- water curtain compound system,wet cleaning device system,and secondary cyclone- wet electrostatic precipitator compound system are designed by the article. The dedusting effect,the initial investment cost and the later operation cost of the schemes are compared systematically,and the following conclusions are drawn:Secondary cyclone- wet electrostatic precipitator compound system and wet cleaning device system are the best from the point of the dedusting effect,while secondary cyclone system,water curtain system and secondary cyclone- water curtain compound system are relatively poor. Wet cleaning device system and secondary cyclone- wet electrostatic precipitator compound system are the highest from the point of the initial investment cost,while secondary cyclone system,water curtain system and secondary cyclone- water curtain compound system are relatively low. Wet cleaning device system is the highest from the point of the later operation cost,while secondary cyclone system is the lowest. Water curtain system is the most cost-effective scheme. From the development trend of the industry,secondary cyclone- wet electrostatic precipitator compound system is the best scheme.
