摘要
通过对PP塑料底漆与PP基材附着力机理的探讨,选择改性氯化聚丙烯乳液作为水性PP塑料底漆的主要成膜物质,利用超支化改性剂对水性PP塑料底漆进行改性,研究了超支化改性剂及填料的选配对水性PP塑料底漆成膜性能的影响,结果表明:超支化改性不仅能够降低成膜助剂的用量,减少VOC排放,而且还能够改善涂料的成膜性能,提升机械性能;6%~8%的硫酸钡、4%~6%的绢云母、4%~6%的滑石粉和2%~4%的凹凸棒土的填料配比能够最大限度地提高涂料的质感、填充性、延展性、悬浮性和耐老化等性能。
Through the discussion on the adhesion mechanism of PP plastic primer and PP base material the modified chlorinated polypropylene emulsion was selected as the main film forming material of the waterborne PP plastic primer. The waterborne PP plastic primer was modified by using the hyperbranched modifier, and the influence of the combination of hyperbranched modifier and filler on the film forming properties of waterborne PP plastic primer was studied. The results show that the hyperbranched modification not only reduce the amount of film-forming additives and the emission of VOC, but also improve the film forming performance and the mechanical properties of the coatings. When barium sulfate is 6%- 8%, sericite is 4% - 6%, talc is 4%-6% and attapulgite is 2% - 4% can maximize the texture of paint, filling, ductility, suspension and aging resistant performance.
