傲牛铁矿三采区全尾砂胶结充填试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 傲牛铁矿三采区采用分段凿岩阶段矿房法开采,矿房回采即将结束,下一步将回采矿柱以接续生产。基于此,需要对原有矿房的采空区进行嗣后充填,因此亟待开展全尾砂胶结充填试验研究,为制定采空区充填方案提供基础数据。基于傲牛铁矿全尾砂的粒度组成、输送性能、沉降性能等基础实验,提出了合理的充填料浆浓度范围,并对不同灰砂比、不同浓度的胶结充填体强度进行了对比分析,确定了灰砂比1∶6、料浆浓度76%为最优充填工艺参数,为制定现场的采空区充填方案提供了理论依据。 Sublevel Drilling Stage Room Stoping has been applied in No. 3 mining area of Aoniu Iron Mine, and the accomplishment of stoping is followed by pillar recover for subsequent production. Based on this, it is necessary to carry out the post-filling of the goal of the original mine, therefore cemented filling experiment on unclassified tailings is essential to be carried out to providing basic data for formulating a filling scheme. Tailings granularity, transportation performance and settling performance were measured to propose reasonable range of filling slurry concentration, and cemented backfill strengthin different cement-sand ratios and concentrationswere compared and analyzed, the lime sand ratio of 1 : 6 and the slurry concentration of 76% were determined as the optimal filling process parameters,providing a theoretical basis for the development of the goal filling scheme on site.
