摘要
H13钢是一种强度高、韧性好的空冷硬化型热作模具钢,因其具有良好的热强性、红硬性、耐磨性、抗热疲劳性及抗热裂性能,被广泛应用于制造压铸模、挤压模、热锻模等热作模具。适当的热处理可以进一步提高其使用性能,延长其使用寿命。概述了H13模具钢热处理工艺的研究进展及发展趋势,期待对材料领域学者们的研究具有一定的借鉴意义。
H13 steel is an air cooled hardened die steel with high strength and good toughness. Ithas good thermal strength, red hardness, wear resistance, thermal fatigue resistance and thermalcracking resistance. Therefore it is widely used for manufacturing die-casting molds, extrusion dies, hotforging dies and other hot working dies. Appropriate heat treatment can further improve its performanceand prolong its service life. The research progress and development trend of H13 steel heat treatmenttechnology are summarized in this article to provide reference for the study of scholars in the materialfield.
