摘要
目的:探讨口腔正畸结合修复治疗错伴牙列缺损患者的效果。方法:收治错伴牙列缺损患者100例,随机分为两组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规修复治疗,观察组给予口腔正畸结合修复治疗,比较两组治疗效果和满意度。结果:观察组临床效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度98.00%,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔正畸结合修复治疗错伴牙列缺损患者效果显著,且满意度较高。
Objective：To investigate the effect of orthodontic combined with repair in the treatment of patients with defective dentition.Methods：100 cases of patients with defective dentition were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with routine repair,while the observation group was treated with orthodontic combined with repair,the clinical effect and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results：The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of orthodontic combined with repair in the treatment of patients with defective dentition was significant and the satisfaction was higher.
