摘要
随着社会发展进程不断加快,各项新型技术得以不断创新和研发,高速切削加工技术更是被较为广泛地应用于汽车模具数字化制造工艺过程中,成为尤其重要的支撑技术。汽车覆盖件模具在高速铣削的加工制造中,其整体制造工艺优化,直接影响汽车覆盖件模具的加工精度及整体质量。通过对汽车覆盖件的模具高速切削将该过程加以模拟,分析结果发现,通过基于不同生产指标作为加工优化指标,可以获取不同的最优高速切削工艺参数。
With the accelerating development of social development, various new technologies have been continuously innovated and researched and developed. High-speed cutting processing technology has been more widely used. In the digital manufacturing process of automotive molds, it has become an impor- tant supporting technology. The molds of automobile covers are used in high-speed milling to ensure the optimization of their overall manufacturing process and directly affect the machining accuracy and overall quality of the automotive panel molds. In this study, the process was simulated by high-speed cutting of the car's cover. The analysis found that different optimal production parameters for high-speed cutting can be obtained by using different production indicators as the processing optimization index.
