摘要
目的交通事故与工伤事故与日俱增,多发伤的发生率也在逐渐增加。多发伤病人发生突然、伤情复杂、病情进展快、死亡率高,故多发伤的急救是各医院医师面临的一个重大问题,对其救治模式的探讨也在不断进行着。本文将对多发伤的分科分诊救治模式、一体化救治模式以及我院的以创伤急救中心为主导的救治模式做一个简单分析。
With the economic growth, traffic accidents and work-related accidents are increasing day by day, and the incidence of multiple injuries is also gradually increasing. Suffering from multiple inju- ries, sudden injuries, complex injuries, rapid disease progression, and high mortality rates, multiple emer- gency injuries are a major problem faced by physicians in various hospitals. Discussions on their treatment models are also ongoing. In this article, the author will make a simple analysis of the muhi-injury sub-clin- ic treatment model, the integrated treatment model, and our hospital~ treatment model led by the trauma e- mergency center.
