不同剂量右美托咪定用于老年高血压患者全麻诱导期的效果对比研究被引量：3

摘要目的研究以及分析不同剂量右美托咪定用于老年高血压患者全麻诱导期的效果。方法收集医院2016年2月至2017年4月收治的老年高血压并且需要手术的患者150例,其中男91例,女59例,入院就诊时经医师检查均符合临床中相关诊断标准,用随机数字表法将这150例患者随机分为三组,每组50例,分别给予瑞芬太尼以及不同剂量右美托咪定,观察研究不同剂量右美托咪定用于老年高血压患者全麻诱导期的效果对比。结果右美托咪定低剂量组和右美托咪定高剂量组患者血流动力学以及心率波动情况明显低于瑞芬太尼对照组(P <0.05),而右美托咪定高剂量组患者血流动力学以及心率波动情况明显低于右美托咪定低剂量组(P <0.05)。结论右美托咪定高剂量用于老年高血压患者全麻诱导期安全性较好,值得临床大力推广。
