既有裂损隧道复合式套拱加固方法的研究 被引量:21

Study on the Method of Reinforcing with Compound Cover Arch in Existing Cracked Tunnels

摘要 复合式套拱加固方法在隧道衬砌加固、病害处治工程中应用较少,通过依托G312线六盘山隧道加固改造工程,对该方法进行了介绍,并给出了套拱加固施工工序,在此基础上对钢管注浆锁脚、衬砌背后空洞回填、衬砌背后虚渣处治、衬砌局部置换、衬砌裂缝处治和衬砌内轮廓修整等工序在工程中的应用进行了说明。工程实例验证和数值计算结果表明,采用复合式套拱加固方法对裂损隧道衬砌加固是可行的,计算后衬砌安全系数满足规范要求,为今后类似隧道的加固补强提供了新的方法思路和重要依据。 The method of compound cover arch reinforcement is less used in the tunnel lining reinforcement and defects treatment projects.This method is introduced by relying on the reinforcement project of the Liupanshan Tunnel on the G312 Highway,and the construction procedure of the coveredarch reinforcement is given.Based on this,on the steel tube grouting lock legs,hollow backfill lining and treatment of slag grouting behind the liner,lining partial replacement,lining cracks treatment and lining trim as well as other processes in the application of the project are described.The results of engineering example and numerical calculation show that it is feasible to reinforce the lining of the cracked tunnel by using the compound covered arch reinforcement method.After the calculation,the lining safety factor meets the requirements of the code, which provides a new concept and important reference for strengthening and reinforcing similar tunnels in the future.
