摘要
新提出了2种优化的酸性氯化铜蚀刻液电解再生流程,使用MATLAB编程,对蚀刻液电解再生的新、旧流程进行了计算。结果显示,新提出的流程析出氯气风险更低。按照优化的电解流程进行实验操作,所得各流股浓度和计算基本一致,且铜以致密铜板形式沉积回收,避免了铜粉中杂质夹带等问题。
Two optimized electrolytic regeneration processes for acidic CuCl2 etchant are proposed.MATLAB is used to calculate the existing and newly proposed processes for electrolytic regeneration of etchant.The calculation results show that the newly proposed processes are of markedly lower risk of chlorine evolution.The optimized electrolytic processes are experimentally operated and the results are in agreements with the calculation conclusion.Moreover,the recovered copper is in the form of dense plate,so that the drawbacks associated with copper powder can be avoided.
