摘要
通过分析转向系统各因素对转向盘转向力的影响,找出了某大型客车转向系统试验时转向力超标的主要原因,根据分析的结果对该车前桥转向梯形机构进行优化改进,并进行试验验证,改进后的转向力满足标准要求,提高了车辆的行驶安全性。
The main reasons for the excessive steering force during the test of a large bus steering system arefound by analyzing the influence of various factors of the steering system on the steering force of the steeringwheel. Based on the analysis results,the steering trapezoidal mechanism of the front axle of the bus is optimizedand improved. The test is performed,and it’ s verified that the improved steering force meets the requirements ofthe standard and improves the driving safety of the vehicle.
