摘要
目的探讨康妇消炎栓灌肠联合微波法治疗慢性盆腔炎(CPI)的临床效果。方法选择2014年1月至2016年12月吉林大学第二医院收治的225例CPI患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法不同分成两组:对照组(87例)采用康妇消炎栓灌肠法;观察组(138例)采用康妇消炎栓灌肠联合微波理疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]水平及患者的预后。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CRP、TNF-α低于对照组[(4.52±1.17)ng/L比(6.58±1.26)ng/L、(1.28±0.34)ng/L比(2.58±0.26)ng/L],观察组IL-2高于对照组[(6.37±0.64)mg/L比(4.33±0.65)mg/L](P<0.01)。观察组患者复发率低于对照组[0.72%(1/138)比6.9%(6/87)](P<0.05)。结论治疗CPI时采用康妇消炎栓灌肠联合微波理疗能起到协同作用,可有效缓解CPI患者的临床不适症状,改善炎性因子水平,安全性较高,可提高CPI患者的近期疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfu anti-inflanmlatory suppository and drug enema com-bined microwave therapy for patients with chronic pelvic itfflammation （CPI）. Methods During Jan. 201d-Dec. 2016, a total of 225 patients with CPI admitted to the Second Hospital of Jilin University were included in the study. According to the treatment plan, they were divided into two groups：a control group （87 cases） using Kangfu antiqtfflammatory and drug enema method,and an observation group （138 cases） using Kangfu antiqtfflammatory and drug enema method, and con〉 bined microwave therapy. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory factors I C-reactive protein（ CRP）, interleukin 2 （ IL-2 ）, tumor necrosis factor ot（TNF-ot） 1 level and prognosis of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results The obser-vation group had better clinical efficacy than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the level of CRP,TNF-ot in the observation group were lower than those in the control groupl （4.52 ± 1.17） ng/L vs （6.58 ± 1.26） ng/L, （ 1.28 ± 0.34） ng/L vs （2.58 ±0.26） ng/Ll ,the IL-2 was higher than that of the control groupl （6.37 ±0.64） mg/L vs （4.33 ± 0.65） mg/L1 （P 〈 0.01 ）. The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group I 0.72% （1/138） vs 6.9% （6/87） 1 （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The Triple therapy with microwave therapy on the basis of Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository combined with drug enema can have a synergistic effect for CPI patients, which can effectively improve both the clinical discomfort symptoms, inflammatory factor level and the short-term prognosis with high safety.
