摘要
目的探讨情感护理疗法在阴性症状精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年1月~2018年1月接诊的92例有阴性症状的精神分裂症病患,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各46例。对照组行基础护理,观察组行情感护理疗法,观察并比较最终的治疗效果。结果干预后,观察组护理总有效率(97.83%)高于对照组(84.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的满意度(95.65%)高于对照组(80.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预前,两组的情感淡薄、意志缺乏、思维贫乏、兴趣社交缺乏及注意障碍评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理干预后,两组的SANS量表各项得分均显著低于干预前,观察组SANS量表各项得分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情感护理疗法对阴性症状的精神分裂症患者的护理效果显著,可有效提高护理总有效率和满意度,缓解患者的阴性症状,改善生活质量,临床价值高。
Objective To explore the application effect of emotional nursing therapy in patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Methods A total of 92 patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different therapies, 46 cases in each group. The control group was received basic care, and the observation group was received emotional care therapy. The final treatment effect were comparred. Results After intervention, the total effective rate of nursing in the observation group（97.83%） was higher than that of the control group（84.78%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree of patients and family members in the observation group（95.65%）was higher than that of the control group（80.43%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before the nursing intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in emotions, lack of will, poor thinking, social lack of interest, and attention deficit scores between the two groups of patients.（P〉0.05）. After the nursing intervention, the scores of the SANS scales of the two groups were significantly lower than before the intervention, the scores of the SANS scale of the observation group were significantly lower than of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of emotional nursing on schizophrenia patients with negative symptoms is significant. It can effectively improve nursing efficiency and satisfaction, relieve negative symptoms of patients,improve quality of life, and has high clinical value.
