摘要
在航空制造领域,铝合金的应用可以减轻结构重量、降低能耗、提高装备性价比等。随着搅拌摩擦焊焊接技术的不断发展,对于以前认为不可焊接的航空用高强铝合金都能焊接,且能形成高质量的焊缝,文章主要介绍了航空铝合金的应用,综述了航空用铝合金搅拌摩擦焊的研究现状及趋势。
In the field of aviation manufacturing, the application of aluminum alloy can reduce the weight of structure, reduceenergy consumption, improve the cost performance ratio of equipment and so on. With the development of friction stir welding (FSW)technology, the application of aviation aluminum alloy is introduced in this paper, which can weld high strength aluminum alloywhich can not be welded, and can form high quality weld. The research status and trend of friction stir welding for aluminum alloysused in aviation are reviewed in this paper.
