摘要
提出熔敷焊接工艺方法 ,采用等离子弧、TIG电弧、高频感应、气保护连续炉、真空炉和模中熔铸工艺实现了熔敷焊接工艺方法。该方法具有效率高 ,基体金属不发生熔化、界面结合质量好、熔敷层厚度范围宽等特点。分析了实验熔敷焊接的几种具体的工艺方法 ,给出装置原理图。
Re melt deposit welding process is proposed in this paper. To realize the technology, plasma arc , TIG arc ,high frequency induction, gas shield continuous stove and MSW are adopted. It shows that efficiency is high, metal body does not melt, the interface is well jointed, and the range of thickness to the deposit layer is large and so on. Some specific process methods are analyzed and studied , and the principle sketch, the interface microstructure ,and the result of shear strength test are given.
