摘要
为了提高辽宁省水土保持关键性技术措施的效益和作用,并加强水土治理三级区划的指导性和使用性。文章通过选取社会经济、自然、土地利用和水土保持4类要素的80个指标建立了水土保持区划指标体系,并利用SPSS分析软件对指标体系的聚类的主成分进行分析。文章的研究方法可明显提高研究方法的全面性、客观性和作用效益,具有可操作性强、划分简单等特点,可为不同层次的水土保持区划提供一定的参考价值和决策依据。
This paper is to improve the benefits and functions of key technical measures adopted for soil and water conservation in Liaoning Province,also to strengthen the guidance and usability of the three-grade zoning for soil and water control. The index system of soil and water conservation zoning was established in this paper through selecting 80 indicators in four categories of elements composed of social economy,nature,land use and soil and water conservation,and the SPSS analysis software was used to conduct the principal component analysis of the cluster of index system. The study can significantly improve the comprehensiveness, objectivity and efficiency of the research method, and has the characteristics of strong operability and simple division,and can provide certain reference value and accordance of making decisions for different levels of soil and water conservation zoning.
